• Put a sticker, drawing, or picture of a penguin on your "My Science Journey Poster."
• Discuss the reading with your child.
• Find out where the 18 different species of penguins live. (Book suggestion:  A Visual Introduction to Penguins by Bernard Stonehouse)

• Make a craft such as this Penguin Craft.
