Weekly Theme  (Start Monday, continue with the theme all week)

This week's theme is CARS/TRUCKS.  ~Cars/Trucks Coloring Pages~

The vocabulary word is gasoline - gasoline is a liquid substance that is used to fuel cars and trucks.  You buy it at the gas station.

Gross Motor Skills Activity:  (Monday)

Make a steering wheel out of cardboard.  Let your child "drive" around the house.  Put up a stop sign and teach your child to stop when she gets near it.

Fine Motor Skills Activity:  (Friday)

Build a city out of blocks to drive toy cars and trucks around.

Shape/Color  (Tuesday)

This week you will teach the shape of a rectangle.

Letter  (Wednesday)

The letter this week is the letter M.

Number  (Thursday)

The number this week is the number 13.

Nursery Rhyme  (Friday)

The nursery rhyme this week is See-Saw Margery Daw.  Recite often!

See-saw, Margery Daw,
Johnny shall have a new master;
He shall have but a penny a day,
Because he can't work any faster.
