Handwriting Assignments:
Day 1: Practice writing the letter "p" on one line of handwriting paper.
Day 2: Practice writing the letter "h" on one line of handwriting paper.
Day 3: Practice writing the consonant team "ph" on one line of handwriting paper.
Day 4: Practice writing the word "phone" one or two times.
Day 5: Practice
writing any of the other theme words one or two times.
Activities and/or Art Projects
Memorize your home phone number.
Teach
your child telephone manners. Also practice what to do in an emergency.
Use 911 responsibly, only in an emergency. (If you feel your child
is still too young to use the phone, you may want to teach manners of how
you want your child to behave when you are on the phone.)
